Terms & Conditions

• Propseller reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions of the referral programme without any prior notice.
• Propseller reserves the right to suspend users or invalidate the user’s Propseller referral unique link if it comes to notice any activity that is believed to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of Propseller’s Terms of Use.
• Propseller reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to modify or reject referrals at its sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
• All referrals must be based in Singapore and all of the subsequent property transactions relating to the referral programme must comply with existing regulations as described by HDB and URA.
• To be eligible to participate in the Propseller Referral Programme, you must have signed an Agency Agreement with Propseller before.
• To obtain the Referral Reward, the person you referred must
  • not have been in communication with Propseller or its agents within the last 6 months, and
  • be looking to sell their property, and
  • not have been represented by Propseller or one of its agents before, and
  • sign an Agency Agreement with Propseller to sell their property, and
  • have their property listing published by Propseller.
• No reward will be given in the case where the person you referred does not lead to their property listing being published by Propseller.
• There is no maximum number of unique people you can refer. For instance, if you successfully refer 10 different persons who all have their property listing published by Propseller, you stand to gain $288 x 10 = $2,880 in cash as a reward.
• There will only be one referral reward paid per person referred.
• You cannot refer yourself. You cannot refer other owners of a property whereby you are also an owner or an occupier.
• The reward will be paid in cash via Bank Transfer.
• The reward will be paid out to you within the next month following the collection of bank details.
